About this house rental
Fall River Vista is an incredible brand new home that can accommodate up to 29 guests! Enjoy spending time with the entire family while fishing the Fall River right from the backyard and experiencing an amazing view of the Grand Tetons. Top amenities at this beautiful paradise include a hot tub, fire pit, Ping Pong and other games, and a spacious deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. This is a property you don't want to miss.
As you enter through the front door, you’ll walk into a very spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and large windows that frame the stunning view of the Grand Tetons. Adjacent to the great room is a stunning kitchen that features a butler’s pantry with an additional fridge/freezer, a large island with bar top seating and plenty of counter space for cooking large meals.
On the main level are a total of two bedrooms, a bonus room located above the garage and 4 bathrooms. The first bedroom is considered the primary suite which has a king sized bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom which features a double vanity, tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and a large closet for clothing storage. Just outside of the second bedroom and adjacent to the laundry/mud room is another bathroom witch has a tub/shower combination. The bonus room above the garage contains 4 twin over twin bunk beds and has an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The final bathroom on this level is located next to the front entry and features a shower and toilet.
Across the great room and out the back of the house onto the very large deck you’ll have an amazing view of the Grand Tetons and of the Fall River that runs right through the backyard. Also on the back deck you’ll find outdoor seating and a BBQ grill available for you to use. The property is exceptional, with meticulous attention to every detail. It was even better than the pictures. Every aspect has been thoughtfully designed, making it an ideal venue for large family gatherings. There are ample activities to keep the children entertained, as well as spacious accommodations to comfortably sleep everyone. The property is so impressive, it would also serve as an ideal setting for an executive retreat. We even enjoyed a memorable experience catching trout directly from the backyard along the river. It is also a prime location offering convenient access for day trips to Yellowstone and Island Park. The owners were responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay.
