Beautiful Villa Amar

The luxurious villa Amar is located in Zaton, just 2 km from the town of Nin and 11 km from the city of Zadar. The nearest beach is only 70 meters away, which is an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea and enjoy the Adriatic Sea.
The villa was built in a modern style in 2018, and can accommodate a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare and try delicious meals for the whole family and friends. The living room has a sofa bed and TV, the perfect place to enjoy your favorite movies. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI. You will be accommodated in 3 spacious bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower, and each room has a safe.
As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine and iron, and a high chair and a baby cot are provided for children. Two people can sleep on extra beds (or on a sofa bed in the living room, or on 2 sofa beds in the bedrooms).
On the outdoor terrace you will enjoy the 35 m2 heated pool, and the complete luxury is represented by a jacuzzi and sauna. You can also use 6 sun loungers and 1 parasol. You can prepare traditional dishes on the outdoor grill, while there is also an outdoor seating area on the terrace.
If you like to spend your vacation actively, there are 6 bicycles at your disposal, and there is a bicycle path near Villa Amar.
The villa's yard is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.
If you want to bring your pets with you, you will be able to do so because Villa Amar is pet friendly. However, there is a fee (€10.00 per dog per day).
Be sure to visit the cities of Zadar, Nin and Biograd na moru. In Zadar, you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation ‘Greetings to the Sun’, and walk through the charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea. If you are a gourmet, Zadar offers a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias and taverns with a rich selection of local specialties, where you can enjoy excellent food and good wine.
Every year, Biograd na moru prepares a program for its guests that includes a series of performances by cultural and artistic societies, dances, various open-air concerts, fishermen’s festivals, fairs of national products and specialties with tastings. Children will be delighted by Aquapark Biograd and Dalmaland Fun & Water Park, where they will be able to have fun in water attractions that guarantee fun for the whole family!
Nin is known as a romantic town that will delight you with a beautiful historical story and charming streets, where you will definitely want to take photos and thus create memories for a lifetime!
