In a quiet area 70 m from the fine sandy beach of La Bergerie, rent a 32m2 T1bis apartment with an outdoor terrace.

The accommodation
The apartment has two separate spaces.
At the entrance, the very bright sleeping area, with a window, closed by a glass roof offering two beds on a 120cm sofa bed as well as a bed on the mezzanine.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, a large fridge/freezer, a combined oven/microwave, toaster, coffee makers (electric and Nespresso) and electric kettle.
Bathroom area with bath and sink, heated towel rails, washing machine. Separate toilet.
Large storage space in the hallway.
The large living room offers you a bed for 2 people thanks to a sofa bed with a very good 140 mattress, a dining area and a flat-screen TV. Ceiling fan and wardrobe.
Located on the first floor, the French window from the living room opens onto the beautiful terrace equipped with roller blind and the garden not overlooked, offering direct access to the beach less than a minute walk away. Outdoor shower in the residence to rinse off after your day at the beach!

Weekly rental mandatory in July and August
For the other months, possibility of shorter stay on request (2 nights minimum).
