The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a gas stove and oven, perfect for preparing delicious meals. With four inviting bedrooms, you'll find a luxurious king bed, a cozy queen bed, a comfortable full bed, and a flexible sleeping option that can be set up as either two twin beds or a king. Two well-appointed bathrooms, each equipped with showers and hair dryers, ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The living room also offers additional sleeping space with a cozy futon.
Step outside and enjoy the serene outdoor living area, complete with a covered gazebo, a patio with a gas grill—perfect for cookouts—and a cozy fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars.
Modern amenities such as WiFi, heating, air conditioning, a washing machine, and an iron provide all the comforts of home. Best of all, this peaceful escape is just minutes from a public beach and boat landing on the scenic Rappahannock River—perfect for swimming, boating, or simply soaking in the breathtaking views.
Ideally located, Lucky Girl Farm is just minutes from Urbanna, home of the famous Oyster Festival, and within an hour’s drive of Williamsburg, Richmond, and Hampton Roads, making it a perfect home base for exploring the region. This farm does have animals and animal care will be on site. However, the animal care personnel will not interrupt your stay at Lucky Girl Farm.

Great stay!! Very clean and spacious and there were soft blankets everywhere that gave it a cozy vibe :) me and my friends were able to have an awesome girls trip together and would definitely return!

Beautiful, clean home that provided 5 adults everything we needed for an 8 day stay. Property manager is very easy going, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. I would recommend this to anyone.

The house was clean and very well kept. So much space for eight of us. The kids loved the horses. The host was very nice. Would definitely book again.
