About this house rental

Great location! Right next door to Southern Oaks Event Venue and just 5 minutes from beautiful Lake Murray and the free public boat ramp, Larry Koon Landing. Several stores and restaurants within 5 minutes and only 15 minutes outside of Lexington for anything else you may need. 3 bedrooms 2 bath with a sofa bed and a bunk bed.

The house was updated, very clean, and had everything our family of 4 needed for our 5 day stay. We were in town for a family graduation in Columbia and the location right off the highway was very convenient. We didn’t realize the house was as close to the highway as it is and the traffic could be heard a bit, but it didn’t really bother us. Overall a great stay!
