Early Check-In:
• May be available! Please request directly with the front desk upon arrival.
Late Check-Out:
• May be available! Request directly with the front desk the night before or the morning of your check-out.
Important:
• This is a floating unit system. Your suite may be assigned to a different floor upon check-in, depending on availability. All units have the same layout and features as shown, with the exception of ground floor units that have a patio instead of balcony.

Michael is a great host. He explained everything. Kept us up on how to check in. We got a fantastic room with a beautiful pool view. Very spacious and well appointed for kids. Bring swim googles and lots of sunscreen. Restaurants on site were good. Friendly staff and good food.

No complaints with the room. It was as advertised. The resort was fun. Loved the lazy river. We spent hours there. Frustrated with the check in process. We arrived about 45 minutes early and tested our luck to see if we can check in early. After many questions and doing the check in process they finally looked to see if our room was ready, it was not. We were early, no problem. We walked around the property. 4:00 was check in time and we checked back to see if our room was ready, it was not. We didn't get into our room until 4:30ish. Not the biggest deal, but I do expect rooms to be ready by the time they are advertised. Not sure if this a common problem or not, but just frustrating. We had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves.
