About this house rental
Spacious 4-BR, 3-bathroom house with a bonus TV room that can be a private 5th bedroom. Perfect for digital nomads, families, or startups looking for a quiet space to work and live. Bright open living areas, a full kitchen, and a peaceful garden make it easy to settle in. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep things productive. Just a short walk to the lake and 5min from Nimman, so everything you need is close by, but the house itself feels like a calm retreat.
This house is spacious, bright, and surrounded by greenery. The open living area has large windows that bring in natural light, and the high ceilings add to the airy feel. A separate TV room with two beds and shelves can be a private bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining space is ideal for shared meals.
Outside, the garden and terrace offer quiet spots to relax. Tucked in a peaceful area, the house is both private and well-connected.
Guests have full access to the entire house, including:
- 4 Bedrooms + TV Room (can be a 45h bedroom)
- 3 Bathrooms – Clean and spacious
- Dedicated Workspace – Fast Wi-Fi & large desks

Note that the house has a separate studio - if we are in chiang mai we may occupy this space. If no, you can also ask to rent this room. If we are here, one bathroom can be shared with us
This house is initially a 4BR house however we may be there and the room outside and completely separated to the main house may be where we stay.

We had a lovely stay at this house. Would love to return. Very attentive host service. A fantastic and safe neighborhood. 20 minute walk to the center of Chiang Mai University. Idea for visiting professor and family.
