About this house rental
The River Oaks Lodge Guest Houses are two separate houses rented together as one booking! This is great for large families or two smaller families on vacation together. The River House is a 2/1 (sleeps 4) and the Ivy House is a 2/1 (sleeps 4). Each house has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and patio area. These two houses share the driveway circling them that is also used for parking.
The River Oaks Lodge Guest Houses are located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River. These two houses are next door to the Main House. Guests have access to a private HOA river area across the street. The river is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include kayaks and life vests but you need to bring your own tubes and float devices.
Stayhillcounty is the property manager and offers every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.
