Only a 10 minute drive from Crystal River, you have access to all the bars, restaurants, marina’s, and boat ramps. The quant cottage offers one bed, while the bunkhouse offers four. The place was nice, private and peaceful, however, the property is in need of many repairs. The door to the room in the main building did not close, the shades in the bunk house were broken, the main house bathroom wall had a hole and the water had a very strong metallic smell (among other things). This location has so much potential, just needs some major TLC. That being said, we had a great time and were about 30 min away from the springs and enjoyed a nice campfire.
