Lined with French doors, the dining space opens onto a covered back porch, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a private balcony and spa-like bath, while additional en-suite bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. The third level features a versatile space, ideal as a home office, study, or media room, all with inspiring views.
Outside, a pristine heated gunite pool is the centerpiece of the landscaped backyard, creating the perfect setting for sun-soaked days and evening gatherings. Enjoy seamless access to the nearby beach, with just a short and enjoyable walk away from this residence. Whether you're unwinding by the shore or exploring local hotspots, Southampton is the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury!

We are looking for considerate guests who appreciate the calm, exclusive character of the neighborhood and will treat the home with care and respect. Full house guidelines will be shared in the welcome pack upon check-in.
Please note that both fireplaces on the ground floor are for decorative purposes only and cannot be used.
Pool heating is available as an optional add-on during summer stays for $75 per night, ambient outdoor temperature permitting. The temperature is kept at 75°F when provided. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.
Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.
The home is just a short walk from the beach. For guests who wish to drive, parking passes are available for $50 per day.
Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
