- A living room with a large sofa, smart TV, and dining area for 4 people
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and all the essentials to cook just like at home
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)
- A second bedroom, featuring a double bed (140x190 cm), a wardrobe, and a dressing table
- A shower room with a sink
- A separate WC at the entrance for added convenience

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: Approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 highway, with direct access to the building via La Croisette.
From Cannes Train Station: Around 14 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
