We stopped in Fayetteville on a trip to Kansas city. It was perfect 3 bedroom. Clean. Easy to find.

The place is great. Just a little far out of town. That’s not a deal breaker for us though. No batteries in the tv remotes in two bedrooms. Had some batteries for one of the two in the truck though. No big deal. It happens. Had to try different variations on the WiFi password. The one listed was not accurate. Overall it was a good experience. The place was very clean and good water pressure. No coffee though. Hot chocolate, tea and creamer. No coffee. Thanks for the stay.

There was a ROKU device on each TV, which was very handy. The soap, shampoo, & conditioners in the bathroom were handy. There were small bugs found by the 11 year old but no one else. They were possibly just millers because everything was very clean. I would have liked the check in time to be earlier & the check out to be later. Four p.m. to 10 a.m. isn’t very long—shorter than a hotel stay most of the time! The price was good, though, & the location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive to our needs. I know this is a new listing and improvements will occur over time.We wer there during some very high winds and I believe trash can overturned one day and neighbors must’ve put trash in front door which was concerning. Additionally the Bedroom TVs did not work.
