Overall nice, clean condo. Plenty of hot water, and nice balcony view. Small pool and no hot tub. Quiet complex with one elevator but usually no wait for it. In walking distance of downtown gulf shores. Doesn't have enough toilet paper or garbage bags for whole week. Also construction was happening in condo next to us and was very loud during the day. Overall good experience

Fantastic views from the balcony. The property was clean with comfortable beds. There are several restaurants and a small convenient store within walking distance. The beach was just a quick elevator ride down and a short walk away. Outdoor/uncovered parking lot. Plenty of dishes and cookware. A regular coffee pot is provided (not a Keurig). We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay at this property again!

Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay on the beach. It is an older building that could use a few updates, but for the price, no complaints! It was quiet, and the wait time for the elevator was never a problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and our kids made great memories!
