Peaceful neighborhood, clean and very roomy!Nice amenities including wifi, coffee & towels. Beds are good, could use a real table and chairs for dinners. A great rental!

We had a wonderful week in the house. It was the perfect fit for our family of six, plus our Australian Shepard. It was great to have the fenced in yard to let her out and know she was safe. We enjoyed making s'more one evening using the fire pit and grilled the day's catch on the outdoor grill. The location was perfect for a day trip to Mackinac Island and we enjoyed star gazing at one of the Dark Sky sites. All in all the house was just what we were looking for and we would definately consider returning for another family gathering.

We loved the house and the convenient location to Lake Huron and downtown Alpena. The home was comfortable and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning was nice and cool. The back yard was fenced and private, backing up to a golf course. The family room was very nice to watch a movie as a family. It was very nice that they allowed our dog to accompany us. We would rent here again!
