Escape to a serene 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat in Emmett, Idaho, beautifully remodeled and set on a sprawling property. Surrounded by stunning mountain vistas and equestrian charm, this family-friendly haven blends comfort and allure. Relax by a cozy fireplace, watch movies on two TVs, or play in the game room with pinball and arcade classics. Spacious bedrooms with plush beds and modern bathrooms ensure rest. Sip coffee while gazing at mountains or explore Emmett—a perfect tranquil getaway!

Guests have full access to the upstairs apartment
Other things to note:
During the day, we’ll be working quietly downstairs, but you’ll have the entire upstairs unit all to yourself, complete with a private entrance for easy comings and goings. Guests can park conveniently right outside (garage is currently unavailable to guests). In the evenings, we’re out, giving you even more privacy to relax and enjoy the space.
Access to the apartment is via a charming, 1/4 mile unpaved road, so expect a bit of rustic adventure on your drive in.

We do not allow smoking/vaping or parties or events at the house.

The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even though it is an upstairs apartment, it is very private. The lower level is a work space and not a residence. Will definitely stay there again next time I come to Emmett.

Beautiful, clean, home with nice amenities in a peaceful, quiet location yet close to everything. Views of beautiful hillsides, fields with horses and cows in the distance. Loved it.

We were there for the weekend. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and homey. We brought our small dog and they had bowls ready for food/water. It would be very easy for our whole family to stay for a week with the amenities and space. Outstanding property.

Beautiful property that I’d definitely return to. Every detail needed was thought of and we were very comfortable. It is beautifully appointed and immaculate. I’d give it 6 stars instead of 5!
