Spacious 4-bedroom house with AC and WiFi in tranquil Clayton

We stayed at this property while searching for a new house. This was an ideal place for us to stay. The house has plenty of space, is very clean, and located in a nice, friendly neighborhood. The host was very good at communications and was responsive when needed. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing a comfortable place to stay outside Raleigh.

This is a nice house in a nice, walkable neighborhood. This has been a great place to stay and call home base while we search for a permanent home in the area. Communication with the host has been excellent as well.

the house was very nice and a short ride to my family house to celebrate the Graduation of my first born granddaughter... it was well stocked and since I did the catering for her event that was a plus for sure.. I wish to thank the host for quick replies to all emails and questions being answered in a timely manor. the only confusion was at the start of the paying for the rental I had to contact Vrbo and the issue was corrected. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

Joselyn was an amazing host! She communicated very well and in a timely manner with us. She made herself available for any needs and was quite easy to communicate with. The home was LOVELY! The decorations and the layout of the home was done meticulously, and I can tell Joselyn took care of things properly. The location was in a subdivision, we felt very safe there, very quiet and serene neighborhood.. the only negative is that the home is about 20-25 mins from Raleigh, as we came during an extremely busy weekend; however from my experience VRBOs and similar are all usually a distance away from the cities. Overall, Joselyn was an awesome host, and if we’re ever in the area again, we would definitely try to search her listings availability.
