You will have access to the entire one-bedroom apartment. Parking is on the side of the building where you can leave your car during your stay (sign indicates your spot)! Access to your unit is right off the parking lot, where you will enter via the instructions provided after booking.
If you need to do any laundry during your stay, laundry detergent is in the hallway closet and you can access the laundry machine out the main hallway of the building to the left after you come out of the unit.

We loved staying here especially being able to walk into to town in seconds. Also, the partial view from back door window of ocean was very nice. When leaving the windows open a cool breeze came through on hot nights and days. The only thing is that we could hear the people walking around in the apt above us, but at least that didn’t bother our dog (ie she didn’t bark at the noise). Just outside the door you can walk to a clean picnic table and sit right at the water’s edge by the big rocks and see the wharf. Will definitely return here in future!

Upon arrival the outside was littered with various detritus. Gaining entry to our rental was a bit of a challenge. The instructions to gain entry were at best sketchy. The phone number we were given was disconnected without any pre-advice or replacement number offered prior to our arrival. We reached out to VERBO who managed to contact the owner Madeleine, and from there we finally gained entry to our accommodations. Much to our relief. NOT! a great start. However the entry was very clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the clothes drier did not function and this was discovered after our 1st load of clothes being washed. There was limited clothes hanging facility's. In the bedroom there was a smoke detector immediately overhead of the bed in the bedroom. This was quite an irritant as the module emitted a strong light beam directly onto the bed 24/7 especially in the middle of the night. Finally both the entrance door as well as the balcony door could use some privacy curtains. Finally the fridge door was a challenge to close properly as a flap needed to be hand maneuvered into position to allow closure. I believe if the above were to have some remedial measures taken then a 4-5 star may be achieved. Please accept the above as constructive observations for any future prospects to fully enjoy their stay.Kindest regards, Rudolf Frost.
