About this cottage rental
Peaceful and cozy Abingdon get-away! Tiny house high up on a hill with gorgeous mountain and valley views. Enjoy the gorgeous patio with a fire pit while looking at the Clinch mountain range. Only 10 minutes to downtown Abingdon, 10 minutes to the Emory and Henry campus and 30 minutes to Bristol VA/TN. Many hiking and biking trails in the area including the VA Creeper Trail, the Channels, the Mendota Trail and the Appalachian Trail. Enjoy all that historic Abingdon has to offer - fabulous restaurants and bars AND the Barter Theatre. Perfect for E&H visitors, hikers and bikers. Home can sleep UP TO four, but best for two to three guests.

What a wonderful little place! Our hosts were wonderful and the place was stocked with more than we expected! Quiet and beautiful with a short drive into town and to Damascus. We will definitely be back!

Great property! Not only were the views breathtaking but the tiny house was exceptionally well appointed. Extra toothbrushes, q-tips, iPhone charger, etc in case you forgot something. Abington has a pretty sleepy downtown and originally we thought we’d be out listening to music but ended up coming back earlier than expected. Fortunately there were also several decks of cards provided as well so we played cards. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we return to the area

We had a great stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Christine and Tom were wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, even stocking the fridge with cold spring water and snacks. We were in town for the Creeper Trail and hiking, and this was the perfect spot. Highly recommend!
