About this apartment rental
Via della Principessa 45 is located in a truly strategic position. The sea is less than 100 meters away, in front we have the Bagno "Paradisino", less than 100 meters away we have a large free parking as well as having the possibility of parking in front of the house on the street. We are in the middle of 2 shopping centers that are both about 200 meters away (Conad City and Coop). All in a flat position, so you can reach everything comfortably on foot.
In via della Principessa n.45/B, in front of the Paradisino establishment, two-room apartment located on the raised ground floor, consisting of a kitchenette with living room where we find a double sofa bed, double bedroom with 3 beds (1 double + 1 single) and bathroom with window and shower.
Space to park bicycles inside the property.
EXCELLENT LOCATION given the extreme proximity to the sea, the historic center and the train station, reachable on foot in a few minutes.
Crossing the road, you can access the free beach and a bathing establishment equipped with pine forest and children's area.
All the main services can be reached on foot or by bicycle (supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacies, cinema and theater etc.).
Between 15 and 25 minutes by car you can visit the main tourist sites in the area: Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia (also reachable by bike path), Venturina Terme, Castagneto Carducci, Porto di Piombino, Suvereto, Bolgheri and Terme di Sassetta.
Free parking space in front of the house (not private) or 150 m away a large car park.
We manage 2 other properties in the same building so there is the option of being able to bring together 3 families who want to spend their holidays together.
EQUIPMENT: hob, fridge with freezer, oven, TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fan in the bedroom, ironing board and iron.
