A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE You’ll love the rustic eclectic and peaceful natural setting of this romantic cozy loft cottage on acreage. Close to town for supplies and a short drive to the Warrumbungle Mountains and Observatory it's location is very convenient. The place is for the young at heart and agile adventurers looking for something different to a home or hotel. Outside the amazing trees and gardens surround you with the song of the colonies of birds living on the property. Filtered light through the trees at sunset is magestic. Light the fire pit after dinner and enjoy the show in the sky or the bubbles in the spa.

Staying in the township of Coonabarabran can be noisy at night with trucks and cars passing through however we don't hear that at all on this property.

** Things we would ask you to consider before booking this property :
- If you have difficulty accessing a standard bathtub or paddle loft stairs (both have support railings and easy to navigate without mobility issues) it would be best if you booked elsewhere as we are unable to make changes to the property for your stay which may offend some people.
- There is a wood fire for heating that is very easy and efficient - we provide wood, kindling, fire lighters, matches, gloves and instructions for you and will generally have it alight when you arrive in colder months. Heaters are prohibited due to potential for electricity failure and fire hazards.
- The fire pit can be used April - Sept only due to fire regulations.
- 48 hours notice is required for hot tub and extra fees apply ($40 per night) please advise at time of booking if you would like to order this service.
- There is a fold out leather futon in the living room for extra paid for guests plus linen and blankets provided on request.
- Only those booked into the accommodation are permitted on the property - please no extras or invited visitors and no parties or loud gatherings permitted.
- We cannot accept your animals at all as there is valuable livestock around the acreage and in adjoining properties.
- Security cameras are present on the exterior only of the property - (please see amenities for more details)
