About this house rental

Nestled within 3 peaceful acres on the edge of Southwater Village, The Fords provides the perfect retreat for business people & holiday-makers alike.

Ideally situated within walking distance of the Downs Link, the location is in close proximity to Gatwick Airport (20 miles) and Guildford (40 minute-drive), as well as many award-winning vineyards & the beautiful south coast.

Brought to you with a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living, spacious bedroom, fitted wardrobes & green scenic views.

The space:
The Annexe features its own front stable door, opening into a charming courtyard with outdoor seating. Inside, you'll find a bright, modern kitchen, fully equipped for your convenience, alongside an adjacent shower room.

The open-plan lounge and dining area flow seamlessly into a spacious bedroom with large fitted wardrobes, overlooking the serene garden. The lounge is home to an extremely comfortable sofa, Sky Glass TV and plasma fire for extra warmth as well as radiators. French doors in the bedroom lead directly out to a wooden decking, inviting you to enjoy the natural surroundings by the cosy fire pit.

Deer can often be seen in the garden with their babies at the right time of year.

Guest access:
The annexe is totally self-contained, with its own private entrance which can be found to the right pathway of the main house.

Other things to note:
We have safe and secure bike storage in the garage for those guests that wish to bring their bikes to enjoy the numerous gorgeous rides on the Downs Link or around the winding country lanes.

Had an excellent stay. The place was spacious, both inside & outside, and came with everything we needed and more. Paula was ever so thoughtful, accommodating and gave us plenty of good suggestions for activities in the area. Would definitely recommend!
