You will have 2 flat screen televisions with the essentials such as Netflix in French, English and German, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney + as well as a recent filmography .
All the channels in the world are there and in HD.
The American style kitchen is open to a large living room, you will find everything you need to cook, from the gas hob to the refrigerator and the oven, everything is there!
The bathroom is also quite large and is adjoining the living room, it consists of a toilet, a shower and a sink.
On the third and last floor you will find the roof terrace as well as your washing machine which is usable on this roof as well, you will be able to take full advantage of it, it is shared with a very friendly and discreet little family who go there relatively very little.
