Hop on the golf cart, cruise to the beach, explore the Timpoochee Trail, or spend the evening across the street at The Big Chill for food, entertainment, and family fun. With resort-style pools, complimentary bikes, and easy access to everything Prominence has to offer, this home makes enjoying 30A simple.

- Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (Unit C) There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

We've stayed in different units in this neighborhood a handful of times now and have had a great time each time! The pool and quiet atmosphere are ideal, four bikes and golf cart are a big perk, rooms and overall condo were great! Only a few small things to improve (outdoor furniture in need of cleaning/repair, rugs needed a clean, had to ask a neighbor for help pumping up bike tires when family was ready to head out for a ride) but overall very positive experience and would rent here again! Host communication was great and they did their best to address the few small issues we encountered!
