We needed last minute accommodations for my Nephew’s wedding and Mark saved the day with his listing, it was beautiful! Spacious and elegantly decorated, I 10 out of 10 recommend!

Beautifully designed spacious relaxing 2nd floor condo unit overlooking river views with spectacular sunrises. Sun drenched space that was always cool and comfortable. Especially loved the soaking tub. Owners were thoughtful and responsive. Looking forward to our next visit. Located seconds from downtown Swansboro. Highly recommend and was perfect for our family.

Our host was very responsive. Our condo was in a great location and tastefully decorated. Proximity to restaurants and downtown Swansboro was terrific. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. The reason for 4 stars is we were not prepared for the amount of stairs one must climb to utilize the unit. An elevator would have been a game changer.
