The Entire nearly 1200 square foot home is all Yours. Great for large groups. You will have free access to Pools, Hot Tubs, Restaurant, and Gym.
The Neighborhood:
The Oasis Restaurant is onsite and one of the Finest in Kapa`a. Close to Shopping of every kind. Starbucks and Safeway across the street. Lots of shopping within Walking Distance. The Coconut Marketplace is blocks away and has really wonderful Shops and Entertainment.
Getting Around:
Centrally Located on the Coconut Coast of Kapa`a. There is open parking in large lot and you will be provided a Parking Pass. There is a local City Bus for Transportation. Taxis, Lyft and Uber are available on most parts of the Island.
Other Things to Note:
Your Host Supplies an ample Starter Set of Paper Products. Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels and Kleenex. If you run out, you will need to supply additional for your use.
If you need a Late Check-Out, and it is possible, the rate is one half the nightly rate plus Hawaiian State Tax. The late departure fee must be paid to Blue Jade Real Estate prior to your check-out date. This option allows you to stay in the home until 10 pm on the day of departure.

The room was perfect with more than enough room for family of 4. The oceanfront view was amazing. The beach was nice not good for swimming but you could still go in water to cool off. My kids fished nearby every day. The pool was fun for kids and adults and never too crowded. Restaurant was delicious had several dinners there the staff there are all amazing. Location feels private with store and shops right across the street. We never wanted to leave.

This condo was beautiful. Front row to the beach and easy access to pool. In a great location on the island to get up north and south easily. Complex has an amazing pool. Even though it was Spring Break, never had a problem getting a spot. Easy towel service. Beach is pretty, not swimmable but 8 minutes away is Lygate State Park with a beautiful swimming area. Condo has beachtowels for daily outings.
