We welcome you to our home and proudly offer our place to use as your own. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood where you know your neighbors, we strive to foster a great relationship with the community..
Please be mindful of the bedding situation, we can sleep 12 in 6 Queen beds and offer 3 inflatable luxury mattresses with bedding for additional sleeping arrangements

Deposits for stays of more than 14 days require a $3,000 deposit
Please note there is a City Ordinance of quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Please make sure you respect this ordinance in this quiet neighborhood. A minute noise device is located in the central living area to monitor the noise level. Please note that this does not record any sounds and simply helps us ensure we are maintaining a respectful noise level for our surrounding neighbors.

Came for a getaway with fam. Great place with a nice set up indoors as well as outdoors. Plenty of room and amenities.

Best vacation yet! This house and host exceeded all expectations! We have a very large family with 8 children, 3 in laws and 3 grandchildren. It can be hard to find places to accommodate, but this house was PERFECT! The house came with everything we needed, down to the sunblock! The pool and hot tub were fantastic! The pool is not heated but was always just the perfect temp! Communication was the BEST! Nacole was so quick to respond to any questions we had. Jose came by to do the yard while we were there, he (without being asked) took care of a few things that made our stay even better! Upon request, they provided us with a high chair and baby gates! There was plenty of parking (we had 5 cars parked without issue). Also! They allowed us to bring our family dog, with no extra fees or deposits. I’m sure that I am leaving some things out, but this property will be our go to for our family vacations in San Antonio!

The home is huge, great spaces for everyone but the pool and hot tub take the win. Great for hide and seek with so may rooms, beds and bathrooms. Host was more than helpful and you will jever be short of towels or necessities. Awesome stay!
