Or spend the day playing in the sparkling ocean by the beach accessible from your private community beach access.
This newest oceanfront vacation condo has been completely renovated, from floor to ceiling. The entire complex has also been through a complete renovation of its buildings, adding to your comfort and enjoyment. Located on the top floor this 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths offers you a beautiful space to spend your summer vacation directly at the beach with gorgeous ocean views and access to the seasonal community pool just steps away from you.
A short 8 minute stroll - along the beach or up the road - leads you to the center of Ocean Isle. This quaint town center offers a gorgeous playground, summer time concerts, various restaurants, ice cream parlor, game center, gift shops, and the fishing pier: all at your fingertips anytime you wish to leave the Big Blue and venture out.
We offer 3 bedrooms and accommodate up to 8 guests. No pets please.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. There is a queen size bed in the second bedroom and two twin bunkbeds in the third. All beds are outfitted with high quality foam mattresses. Linens and towels are provided.
The living room, dining room and kitchen area offer an open concept living space crowned by a mesmerizing view of the ocean and ocean front pool from your private balcony. There is also a nice size front patio for the occasional dinner or simply to hang out. The brandnew kitchen is fully equipped - including a regular drip coffer maker & Keurik pods combo unit - and ready to help you create wonderful family meals. Beach chairs and toys are available for your convenience and enjoyment.
Nestled in the heart of Ocean Isle you will find this location unbeatable, being in walking distance to all the wonderful amenities you have come to love about Ocean Isle.
The following are attractions and things to do are in walking distance (8-10min) to the condo:
* The fishing pier
* Mini golf
* Museum of Coastal Carolina Ocean Isle
* The playground & summer evening music concerts
* Basketball and pickleball court (scheduled pickleball times)
* Excellent local restaurants & unique gift shops

Important House Rules
(please read prior to booking):
- Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the condo, on the front patio or on the back balcony.
- No pets are allowed.
- Complex does not allow golf carts.
- Please keep the property and furnishings in good condition, as you found them. - Linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property; in the event that they are, a $150.00 fee will be charged.
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premise or its facilities including the pool. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- Main guest must be 26 minimum age.
- The Pool is seasonal and not heated. It opens around Memorial Day and closes around Labor Day. However there is no guaranteed opening or closing date. The HOA may close pool due to unforeseen circumstances and owners have no control of this. No refunds may be given in such cases.
- The condo is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
- There is ONE assigned parking spot available for each unit. In addition the complex has 10 additional unassigned parking spaces that are available on a “first come first serve basis.” Parking permits for condo on-sight parking are required and provided by host.

Ocean Isle Beach gets very busy in the summer and parking around town is limited. Please plan accordingly and take as few vehicles as possible to avoid parking challenges.

We absolutely loved our time at Big Blue! Everything has been very thoughtfully updated and the condo was perfect for us with two kids. There were even some puzzles and games that were a big hit! The view of the ocean was amazing and it was so nice to sit out on the balcony. Easy walk to the beach and we loved the location on the island. We’re already trying to figure out when we can return!

The condo was water view and pools view. Great as we have small kids. Could see all the way to Myrtle beach from the balcony. It was a great time. Small kids, two grandmothers, and two adults. Loved it. Go get wine slushies.

Once you're in the condo it was pretty good, however, only one TV, in living room none in the bedrooms, the worst part of the whole stay was all the steps trying to get our luggage up four flights of steps, and no TVs in the bedrooms, no grab bars in the showers
