Located in a small residence, this pretty house for 4 travelers has all the qualities for a wonderful vacation.
The house has 2 bedrooms and is organized as follows:
- One bedroom with a 160x200 air-conditioned bed and its own shower room.
- One bedroom with a 140x200 bed and its own shower room.
Bright, air-conditioned living and dining room overlooking the courtyard, fully-equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, hob, oven, microwave...).
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
A large courtyard with a 3x3 swimming pool (heated pool available on request at extra cost) A barbecue, ideal for sunbathing!
We have 2 private parking spaces.
A cleaning and dry-cleaning fee of €110 is payable on arrival to the person who will welcome you.
DURING YOUR STAY :
--> Notify us of any damage or breakage.
--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbors and the noise level in the evenings and mornings.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Please :
--> Empty all garbage cans before you leave.
--> Gather all sheets and towels in one place (returning them in a normal state of use).
--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.
--> Clean and put away dishes and empty dishwashers.
--> Clean appliances (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, barbecue, etc.).
--> To keep washrooms clean.
--> Throw away or take away any food that has already been eaten.
If the accommodation is returned dirty, we will charge you the following fee: 110€ on departure in addition to the compulsory cleaning fee on arrival.
In the event of loss of keys, breakage of a key or lock, the cost of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be charged to the traveler.
Linen provided for the duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless reserved in advance at extra cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 flat sheet per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath sheet per person
- 1 bath mat
- 2 tea towels
We are available before and during your stay by telephone from 9am to 7pm or by e-mail.
