Very nice family house in Les Sables-d'Olonne – Close to town centre and beach – 12 people.
Very nice family house of 175 m² ideally located, in a quiet residential area. You will have easy access to the city center and beach: 15 min walk / 3 min by car.
This recently renovated house has an enclosed garden without vis-à-vis, a heated and secure swimming pool, a SPA and garden furniture under a bioclimatic pergola.
This house is ideal for spending convivial moments with the family with its spacious kitchen and living room, its various bedrooms and bathrooms:

- 1 master bedroom (with 1 dressing room, 1 shower room and 1 bed of 160x200 cm).
- 1 closed office (including 1 single bed).
