The condo has 4 private guest suites and an open-concept living and dining area that opens completely onto the terrace via a sliding glass wall.
You’ll enjoy the design, featuring a spacious sofa complemented by sunset ocean views and a balcony. You’ll often see dolphins and whales, and hear the soothing sounds of waves breaking on the beaches below.

All guests have full access to the property. The impressive amenities include:

For security reasons, each guest must provide their full name prior to arrival. Please submit a list with the full names of each guest. Any visitor must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times while on the property. You will have access to the common amenity areas, including a restaurant open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. with room service, a rooftop bar open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., a gym, a steam room, a massage room, and a sauna.
Important note: You may pay the credit card deposit to the manager at the Sayan Beach office. Tips must be paid in pesos to the server as they are charged to your account. You are responsible for paying for all food and beverages charged to your account by you and your guests.

Host was very helpful, quick to answer questions and very welcoming. 3rd time staying at Sayan Beach Condos, amazing views from the rooftop pool and the condo balcony/patio, great friendly staff, easy walk along the beach to romantic zone, great food at the restaurant. Saw whales breaching from our condo and the rooftop pool nearly every day. Condo’s kitchen was well-stocked with plates/pans/glasses, etc for those who cook
