CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Early check -in or late check- out is based on availability with an extra fee associated
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals
Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'

-Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 82-83 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons
We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

The property met all of our expectations. The two separate homes made it comfortable for our family vacation. The two kitchens were also very convenient and well appointed. The pool and sauna were clear and clean, located between the two homes and the outdoor patios were used every night. We visited Sedona, had several hikes, and attended spring training games during our stay and getting there was a breeze from this location. There were so many amenities ( the pool, volleyball, pool table, ping pong, pickle ball, putting green, golf hitting net, basketball and corn hole) that we didn't have time to really enjoy them all. We had 5 rental cars and had no problem with parking.We ordered cribs, highchairs and a water table for the two 1 year olds from Babyquip. Delivery from Kenna was on point and the equipment was clean and well kept.Communication with our management company host Irvin was timely, professional and very courteous. He met us at check in and check out. Seamless!The only thing that was surprising is the lack of dressers or storage in the bedrooms and towel bars in the bathrooms. Inconvenient at most.

Incredible Glendale Stay — Perfect for Large Groups!This Glendale Vrbo was absolutely perfect for our group stay. The property is massive — even with a full team out to 16 people, everyone still had plenty of space and privacy. One of many highlights was the amazing casita, which made it feel like two rental houses in one easy booking. It was perfect for spreading out and giving everyone their own area. Traveling with more than 10 people can be overwhelming, but the property management team made everything simple.The pool and hot tub were huge hits, and the outdoor space worked beautifully for team dinners, games and relaxing after a long day. Plenty of seating, tons of room, and a great layout for gathering.Our greeter, Irvin, was fantastic — friendly, organized, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell the home is well cared for and thoughtfully set up for large groups.If you’re traveling with a big team, extended family, or multiple families, this rental is a MUST. Spacious, comfortable, and truly one of the best group-friendly homes we've stayed in. Highly recommend!

We were looking for something special for our annual family staycation, by chance we came across this hidden gem. I was leary because the pictures seemed to good to be true. This residence did not disappoint, from the accommodations, to the layout, to the amenities. I was throughly impressed, there was something for everyone in our group, game room pool , and large areas for the family to gather and catch up, after fun filled days and evenings. I will definitely be back for next years trip or any other get aways we can sneek in. We also cant say enough about the management staff, A all the way and they dot every I and cross every T, when it comes to making sure there guest are taken care of.

My stay was great. The property manager Glenn was amazing. Any questions I had she answered right away. The property was beautiful and well taken cared of. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
