*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).
PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.
WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*

Rooms were very clean,a lot of dishes and pots and pans! Fast communication with the guests! Top location!

Nice property overall. The view wasn't as good as expected due to trees being pretty tall. The property also had alot of broken things such as screens for doors, trim on fridge, door handle, a chair on the front porch. Hoping we don't get blamed for previous renter damages.

Overall the place was great! I did pay for early check-in, but the code wouldn't work when we arrived. It took time and we needed to call to get it reset.
