Newly Built Studio Apartment

Great value for money. Great location, not far from the train station. Host was available for assistance. Calm and serene environment. Air-conditioning was a fantastic benefit given the hot weather. Tasteful furnishing.

More towels and fresher bedding needed.

Property was convenient for us as located near our relatives. Was clean and comfortable.

There were a few things that needed looking at. Shower fitting, think bedding should have been ironed and quite noisey above apartment from just before 6 am.

Kleine, maar luxe studio waar alles aanwezig was en zeer netjes en schoon. In de keuken staat zelfs koffie en thee. Heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Style of space is modern. I was contacted by the host for checking in on ETA for my arrival.

- not considerate of guests staying below them very noisy banging clanging around from 22:30-23:00 and then got woken up at 6:00 due to again very loud banging stomping clanging around which wasn’t pleasant as I was there for work purposes and had travelled far from home. The property was in need of maintenance and repair; The outside light hanging off (you are in the back garden of the host’s house) The patio doors were about to fall off and difficult to secure. The shower head had a lot of limescale, toilet mat had brown stains on, no hand towel just bath towel. The floor had splatters through and the dust was heavy on the skirting boards. Kitchen sink wobbly and broken. As mentioned in need of reservation and freshen up and a deep clean and to be considerate of their guests when they are charging just under £100 a night.
