View from balcony

Nice garden
No access allowed to the gym or Sky views (my primary reason for going to Gramercy) This was very upsetting.
Only one access card and needed it to get around - could not reach my floor without the card.
Few power outlets (particularly in kitchen, only one for fridge)
Cockroaches in sink/ shower
No bin
Balcony is very low. Huge drop down, does not feel safe at all, especially with unsecured faux lawn in the floor. Massive accident waiting to happen there.
Showers worked ok but they need maintenance.
Furniture in need of updating (sofas were good though)
Location is middle of red light district which I was not aware of. Lots of homeless people and hookers.
