Chengdu Hazens Hotel

Hotelnya sangat bagus, berkelas dan bersih, terlihat fasilitas semua modern, hanya saat pertama kali sangat sulit untuk menemukan hotel ini karna pintu utamanya di jalan kecil

We had a wonderful stay at Chengdu Hazens Hotel and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is located in a building shared with several other hotels, so there are only three lifts servicing the building. As a result, the elevators can get quite busy during peak times, so it's worth allowing a little extra time when heading out. When we first checked in, the air conditioning in our room wasn't very strong and the room felt a little stuffy. After mentioning this to the front desk, they immediately offered us a room change without any hassle, which we really appreciated. The new room was perfect and made for a very comfortable stay. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for luggage and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of options, including several delicious Sichuan dishes. The hotel also served complimentary afternoon tea, which was a thoughtful bonus. Another standout feature was the laundry room. The washing machines and dryers were free to use, and the laundry facilities were much larger and better equipped than those at many other hotels. There were clothing racks, hangers, and even an ironing board available, making it very convenient for longer trips. The hotel was also very generous with bottled water. Whenever we needed more, we simply asked the front desk and they happily provided additional bottles. The only thing to consider is the location. If you're planning to spend most of your time around Chunxi Road, it's a bit of a walk. However, we found it very manageable, and People's Square Station is easily accessible nearby, making it simple to get around Chengdu by metro. Overall, this was an extremely comfortable stay with spacious rooms, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities. We would happily choose this hotel again on a future visit to Chengdu.

Very satisfied with the hotel room and location. Staff are friendly, and housekeeping was done daily. Room and furniture looked new. There are however a few downsides: the lift is located to the side of the building, can be hard to find. The building is also shared amongst many hotels on different level, hence the lifts are always busy, and there may be a long wait especially during peak timings. The room toilet also doesn't have a bidet.

We can’t navigate in neither Google map nor Amap. Hotel says 5-stars but my rate is 3 as max. Receptionists can speak English.
