    No bottle water provided, even though when check in met a nice receptionist who said just ask if need water from front desk, later its a zonk

    The hotel is very spacious and clean. The room has everything you'd need (towels, kettle, cups etc) and you can get other amenities from the lobby. Bed is comfy. Location is quiet. Enough floor space to open suitcases on the floor. The facility looks new, probably recently renovated. Only 5 minutes walk from the Nakatsu Station (has elevators) along the Midosuji line. Limited shopping options in the area (one big pharmacy + few local restaurants), but I mainly wanted a place that's easy to get to, along the Midosuji line, while dragging a large luggage, and this hotel fits my needs. It's quite easy to get to Shin-Osaka, Umeda, Namba, and Tennoji from this station and this station is not crowded at all.

    This hotel is named Hotel Umeda, but it's almost a 20 min walk from Umeda station... The gym is so small I could barely fit in it... Alone! The bed is harder than a tatami mat (and I'm used to sleeping on the floor in Japan...). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. On the plus side, entrence is nice and stuff is nice!

    The WiFi signal was very weak (while using my laptop, I had to reconnect again and again every 5 min). The cleanliness is another issue (the shower curtain has quite a few mold spots on it). But the location is very well (very close to Nakatsu station).
