    We got into room and AC was stuck on high heat room was sweltering, had to unplug the unit as none of the controls worked. Talked to office he said would bring up a fan and never did. Wasn't any towels so talked to office again and was given 1 thread bare and had a big hole your head would fit into but I had to go to laundry room and retrieve it. Sat on toilet and the tank was so hot it burned me thru my clothing. Only scolding hot water was in the toilet, sink ,and shower. Had to fill tub and wait almost 3 hours for water to be cool enough to stand in and kinda rinse off. While waiting for the water I then noticed bugs on floor and tub and splatters of what I assume was fecal matter on toilet tank and walls and shower walls. Those are all the painuThey built a sheet metal box around bed frame so it would pop and bend everytime you sat on it. The mattress was wrapped in plastic still but was so hard it felt like it was filled solid with sand. Needless to say there wasn't anything I could say that was close to acceptable. That doesn't even begin to address that the fact that one of the reasons I booked there was the false claim of "near Phoenix airport" . It is nowhere in the area that is typically described as airport or airporter. So the price of around *** to stay in a sweatbox in 100°+ temps along with scalding water the only option, and to perch on the edge of toilet as to not have burns from tank was the worst motel experiences I've had.
