- sehr gute Lage in Maadi (Restaurants, Cafés und Shops in direkter Nähe) - sehr bequemes Bett - große Wohnung für 1-2 Personen - sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation
- die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein - zu wenig Ablegefläche im Bad - man müsste die Balkontür und das Fenster reparieren - der Aufzug ist oft ausgefallen (100 Stufen bis zur Wohnung)

الشقة جميلة جداً والموقع ممتاز جداً ، كل ما احتجت مساعده بكلمهم وبردو علي حتى لو الوقت متأخر ، البواب متعاون وكل الخدمات قريبة
المشكلة الوحيده الي واجهتني ان السرير كان غير مريح بالنسبه لي ، والوساده جداً مرتفعه .
