L'appartamento è grande e si presenta molto bene. Si trova su di una collina poco lontano dalla città di Grottammare, le cui spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto in cinque minuti. Le stanze sono tutte ampie, molto pulite e corredate del necessario: biancheria, asciugamani, piatti, stoviglie e utensili per la cucina. Plus per il posto auto in loco all'interno del cortile della casa.
Purtroppo manca l'aria condizionata: nei giorni più caldi potrebbe essere un problema dormire per chi lo soffre durante la notte anche se, trovandosi su di una collina, l'appartamento è comunque ventilato.
