Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man im Altstadtkern. Allerdings liegt das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und dementsprechend ist der Lärmpegel.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses in "Eiche - Rustikal " ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Von außen wirkt das Hotel nicht gerade einladend. Die kleinen Zimmer sind völlig überladen und auf Grund fehlender Klimaanlage lag die Zimmertemperatur während des Aufenthaltes vom 14.-17.07.2026 teilweise auch in der Nacht bei 28*C . Da half auch der vorhandene Ventilator nicht. Frühstück ist ok aber sehr überschaubar.
