Qualche problema con la linea telefonica essendo in una zona un pò interna dove la linea arriva poco.

The apartment is centrally located in a quiet side-street. It is clean, well equipped and comfortably spacious. The host is helpful. The place is ideal for a shorter (or even longer) stay in the city.

A few things don’t work like windows don’t shut well but it’s an old apartment so not a big problem with other things that compensate.

Location for sightseeing. Price, 4 nights for 220 euros. Tools/ equipment. There is everything but not all works properly.

Cleaning: there were spots of dust everywhere. There are big spots sof humidity in the bathroom and because there is not a good exit for the steam, it is an heaven for the mosquitos. It is pretty cold and the air conditioning does not work. I have tried to make it work but the resistance withn the air condition did nkt work. So it wa pretty cold. This is an apartment for summer and they should not rent it in winter. Mosquitos: (and we are in winter), i personally killed 21 of them they made my nights unbearable. It is a shame that they allow to nest the mosquito in the horizontal wooden roof trays of the bathroom. Really they need to disinfest. Sounds: during the nights, because the rooms are facing a very small street, when people walk and talk at nigh, you hear everything. Accessibility: for people with handicap is a challenge cause the apartment is at the first floor and there i s a stip stairs to access the floor. Electricity: 3 times it went off, and I had to go downstairs to put it on looking for the central switch. Then you need to reactivate also the water heating system inside the workroom (where there are 2 gas tanks linked to the heater) The TV connection is low and you cannot watch anything cause all the images are scattered. I did nkt try internet cause I could not find it in our entry message. In a nutshell, if you need it for an emergency stay, that's ok but I would not bring my girlfriend or my mother here.
