Location is perfect, walking distance from all the good spots in Seongsu but the apartment is outside the busy streets. Metro and bus are close, and with the green line you're in the city center within half an hour. Rooms were big, which was nice for our suitcases. Host is very kind and the check-in process was smooth.

Great location! Lots of restaurants nearby and subways (lines 2 and 7) are within 5 minutes walking distance. A big department store was also less than 10 minutes walking distance. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and simple. The host responded to my questions quickly and even allowed an hour late check-out, which was very nice!

The property itself (inside) was great, but the exterior of the entire house and the entrance area were somewhat surprising. The property has three queen-size beds (very comfortable!) that can accommodate up to 6 people. But it was a bit too small for my family of four, with four big luggage, everyday bags, and thick winter jackets.

ソンスから徒歩圏内にあり、最寄駅も近く便利でした。コンビニもたくさんあります！ また床暖房があるため寒い冬の韓国旅行でしたが暖かく快適でした。 そのほか備品もとても清潔感があります。

少しだけ場所が分かりづらかったです。wifiがたまに不安定な時がありましたが3泊４日程度なら問題ない範囲だと思います。

It was in a good location, the only one where cafes are open since 9 am unlike in the other parts of Seoul. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, well connected. The apartment is located in a dark dead end which can feel unpleasant at night time but Seoul is a safe place so it wasn’t a problem. It was clean, warm and good overall. Kitchen had everything for cooking like salt and oil, plus all the appliances and kitchenware. Beds are comfortable. A suggestion: make a poster with clear rules for recycling. Foreigners don’t know what is considered general or recyclable waste as rules for plastic, for example, are different in different countries. It would have been handy to have it hanging somewhere in the kitchen.

1. The apartment itself is has stairs to get to, which wasn’t easy considering we had heavy luggage and it was icy. 2. they do not provide bath towels, just face ones, which was not mentioned ahead of time. 3. Also be mindful of the rules for the bedding provided. We had a reservation for 3 people and It wasn’t clear they wouldn’t give us covers and pillows for 3 people, so one of the beds was not made and we ended up sharing a bed. They didn’t provide it during our stay either. You can mention it in the special requests when making a booking. For us it was an unpleasant surprise.
