The bed main bedroom bed was very comfortable, soft mattress but nice after lots of hard tatami mats on the floor It was spacious but the main living space was the kitchen area and there was no sofa to relax on. The street and location was wonderful and very quiet

Like many japanese houses, lacks natural light (unlike apartments where you get big doors on a to a balcony.) There were no instructions at all, let along in English and it was hard work asking lots of questions to the owner on messages The lack of kitchen equipment meant we would have been better off in a hotel - it was hard to cook and that was the point of going self catering. The knifes and forks are there but hidden in a little draw on the far left that we didn't notice until we messaged the owner to ask There is no drying rack so washing and drying your clothes isn't easy. They kept telling me it was on the balcony (not a useable space) then in the wardrobe but we ended up having to use hangers on the wardrobe rack to dry things The clocks are all wrong

El apartamento está muy bien situado; cerca de una estación de metro (Tanimachi) y de un 7/11. Limpio y espacioso. Bien amueblado. Muy confortable.. Totalmente recomendable (incluso para 5 personas) El vecindario muy tranquilo y seguro. Genial

We liked having our own space, enjoyed the small appliances (microwave, toaster for our croissants and kettle for our evening tea) as well as the separate sleeping room for kids and parents. Quiet, clean and respectful neighborhood. Our communication with the host was very timely and though we used translators, we had no troubles at all via Whatsapp. They were kind enough to help us with our transportation arrangements on our arrival into Osaka. The teens and adults alike enjoyed our morning walk over to very nearby 7-11 for some breakfast goodies and late night snacks. There are a few Nearby vending too for a quick hot drink. We found it very helpful when ordering a car to just walk up to 7-11 first since the house is on a very narrow, impassable street. The shower room was enjoyed by the whole crew. Plenty of hot water and pressure, very clean and has some amenities included. We were there during cold weather of the new year and were grateful for the individual room heaters and the remote controls for them. Would definitely recommend this spot to others traveling to the area. Stairs are very steep in the unit and may not be suitable for very young children. Indoor slippers are provided. Bring warm socks in Winter.

It ends up being fine but is slightly inconvenient that the washer/dryer unit is all inclusive and the dryer isn't really a dryer as much as it is a tumbler to keep the clothes moving so they don't become stagnant. They are kind enough to provide a drying rack to help with this so all is well though items may not dry overnight because of the higher humidity.

The house was super new inside, super clean and fridge, kitchen, laundry machine etc. were a great help! Location was alright but not the best area - if you are traveling with children or family you have a great space here though! The owner responded quickly to questions - it was a wonderful experience and I will be back!

The bedding was polyester, hence very hot in spring.
