We were a big family of 18 people, from 7 months to 75 years, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The villa is brand new, super clean, and has everything you could possibly need. It fit our large, age-diverse group perfectly.
The outdoor area is incredible. Honestly, it is better than any 5-star hotel I’ve stayed in. We spent most of our time going back and forth between the pool and the huge heated jacuzzi right above it.
The location is great too, just a short walk to Lake Kournas with its tavernas and shops. The teens loved going there on their own to rent pedal boats.
Roula, the owner, was wonderful. She was always quick to answer any question and really made sure we felt at home.
If you’re a runner like me, the area is perfect with beautiful countryside routes. And when it got too hot one morning, I was so happy to discover a treadmill upstairs to keep up my daily exercise.
The pictures on Booking are nice, but honestly the villa is even more beautiful in person. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Ultra highly recommended!!!

Villa Serenity was fantastic in every way. We were a group of 17, including children of various ages and the the villa could accommodate us all comfortably. We really enjoyed the laid back location, the sense of privacy and the nice spots around, good restaurants, Lake Kournas at a walking distance and Georgioupoli just 10min away with the car.
The owner, Roula was incredibly kind, chill, helpful, giving tips on where to eat, where to go, where to buy groceries at cheaper prices etc. Unbelievable person!
In terms of facilities, the pool was always clean, the cabinets had everything you need for a stay like that, all types of silverware, plates, cups, glasses, everything. There is a full kitchen outside, by the pool, with a hotplate griddle that we used a few time to grill meat outside.
We rate this place 10/10 and couldn't recommend it more. We will be back for sure!
Everything was great. Not a minus, just a tip: all locks are electronic, with code, so if you're not tech savvy make sure to go about the instructions a few times during checkin as well as how to operate the manual fallback for doors and parking gate.
