Emplacement bien 1er étage côté avenue, un peu bruyant. Équipements correct.
La propreté laisse à désirer (pour 70€)🤨 Wi-Fi et internet ne fonctionnait pas, pas de TV non plus (pile hs et pas de box).

Peccato..
Appartamento rinnovato, spazioso e in una posizione nel centro di Menton a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia.
Purtroppo, abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano in una zona molto trafficata e arriva, quindi, molto rumore dalla strada. Il materasso e i cuscini sono di pessima qualità: il materasso è troppo morbido per due persone e i cuscini sono piccoli e sottili. In sostanza, abbiamo passato due notti insonni. Ho trovato inaccettabile il comportamento dell'agenzia. La richiesta di una cauzione di 500€ pagata tramite bonifico esterno alla piattaforma Booking è, a mio parere, inaccettabile, ma soprattutto non dovrei pregare l'agenzia per 10 giorni di darmi notizie riguardo allo stato del rimborso senza ricevere risposte. La cauzione non è un prestito e va restituita al momento del check-out. Molto poco professionale.

Studio cosy, spacieux et idéalement situé, parfait pour un séjour en couple.
L’appartement possède tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires. L’emplacement est également idéal, proche de nombreux points d’intérêts et de la gare (pour de courts déplacements dans les villes alentours (village d’Eze, San Remo etc)). Patrick le propriétaire est également très sympathique. Croisé par hasard il a eu l’amabilité de nous offrir un café pour s’excuser du léger retard sur le Check-in.
Malgré la bonne isolation (au vu de la circulation le long du jardin Biovès), le bruit de la rue peut être dérangeant. Il vaut mieux prendre ses dispositions si sensible au bruit la nuit. Cependant, rien d’affolant ! À noter qu’une caution conséquente est demandée à l’arrivée mais elle sera immédiatement restituée à la fin du séjour.

Красивая студия близко от вокзала и пляжа в не очень тихом месте.
Студия просторная, красивая и чистая. Мебель и оборудование в отличном состоянии. Кухня укомплектована, посуда новая и красивая. Кондиционер тихий, удобно расположен. Заселение и выезд просто и четко организованы.
Студия расположена на первом этаже. Внизу кафе, некоторые работают до полуночи. Плюс рядом довольно оживленная дорога. Поэтому главная проблема - шум. Матрас был слишком мягким и поэтому не очень комфортным. Стиральная машина не работала и починить ее за 8 дней нашего проживания не смогли.
