Amazing place! The view, the pool, everything was amazing! You even have a Marshall speaker to listen to music. Wonderful experience! And you have a walking/running zone right next to the building and plenty of restaurants.

The building and elevator are quite old and dirty, but that's all.

I booked this place because I was so curious about it- and it really did deliver. The view out of the windows are absolutely fantastic, and the pools/tubs were amazing! The whole thing felt so luxurious and comfortable, like a spa- the beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms were so quiet and dark everyone slept well. But as much as a place for calm, it was also the perfect hangout with friends to sit around chatting, relaxing in the pool, and sharing our music/video choices on the projector wall. Its also super convenient to the beach and a short walk to many coffee and restaurant options. The host was communicative and gave really great instructions on parking and finding the location, and responded quickly to any questions. We only stayed one night but my whole group wished we had booked for longer!

The host maintains two adjacent properties and I think the pictures in the listing are little mixed together, which led to some confusion from my group about the amenities (that are clearer in writing) - BUT, most importantly, everyone loved the setup we had, so I think it worked out.

The pool villa is as described, very well maintained, clean and nice set up. Everything is prepared well for our arrival. The location surrounded with so many great restaurants too. We are spoilt with choices.

What could improve is the toilet smell and the bathtub takes quite long to fill.
