Appartamento eccezionale e nuovissimo (marzo 2025) con splendida vista mare. Enorme, moderno, arredato con grande gusto e classe. Terrazzo immenso con tavolo e poltrone. Salotto molto ampio con grande tavolo e divano. Servizi moderni e tecnologici (es. tendone elettrico con riavvolgimento automatico in caso di vento), WiFi perfetto. Cucina moderna con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Posto auto di fronte all'ingresso, riservato e protetto da sbarra di accesso. Gestori gentili e disponibili. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Posizione comoda e vicino al centro.
Difficile trovare qualcosa da migliorare. Pulizia un po' cara (150 €).
