Perfect location. Having a washer is a plus.
A/C leaks. There’s a bucket that gets filled every 4-5 hours so you have to throw the water away. Internet was intermittent. I had to move the router to finally get back online. That was such a hassle.

Clean, uncluttered. Spacious and comfortable for solo travelers. Great location! Walking distance to MOA and a short ride to the airport. Nice lobby. Washing machine in the unit!
Power went out for a few hours but host was able to resolve the problem. Small ants are quick to attack food left out in the open. Make sure to keep everything in the fridge and wipe down surfaces. Must supply your own toilet paper!

It's clean and neat
I did not dislike any of it, but could have more stuff such as microwave. But overall it satisfied us.
