Zizel Suite Room Seocho

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had some facilities for cooking unlike others in South Korea. The location was good with plenty of restaurants nearby.

It is really difficult to find as it is not well signposted. You need to go in a lift to find reception. The property only provides you with small hand towels and no bath towels.

Excellent location

Fantastic property- I really loved staying here. I was originally really skeptical of staying here since it didn’t have many reviews but everything was so smooth - from check in to answering questions. When I first arrived I was a little confused where to check in. It is the same building as Uh Flat Seocho but you have to get the lift downstairs to the Zizel check in desk. They happily checked me in and sent me to my room with my code for the door! Everything was so smooth and the flat absolutely stunning. It was incredibly clean and a beautiful space to stay in. Everything was so smooth and if I had any questions the Zizel team answered quickly on WhatsApp including housekeeping. When they cleaned the flat it was incredible, again everything was left tidy and clean! The location is so close to Gangnam, the bus stop is practically down the street and subway stop is a short 5 minute walk. Coffee shops and connivence stores are literally outside. I highly recommend everyone to stay here and I look forward to coming back! Zizel team you’re awesome (also so easy to do the pre-payment on booking.com)

Very morden and good location to shops and city. Host was friendly and communication was easy in english.

There was no bath towels and only hand towels, we didn't mind and made use of it. We requested fresh towels on the third day but nothing was received. Also bins where small and no change of bins over the 4 days, even though requested.
