The house was really cute and very tidy and so close to Carolina beach. The street is also extremely quiet. It is a great location and a beautiful house to rent.
The barbecue's propane tank was empty, which was a bit disappointing since we had planned to grill during our stay.
It would also be helpful to have a guest guide at the property with check-in/check-out instructions and other useful information. For example, we didn't realize there was an outdoor shower until the following morning.

The location was perfect for our family. Close enough to walk to everything, while still being distant enough to enjoy some privacy and quietness. Loved the fenced in backyard so our dog could go out when she needed and not have to worry about the hot pavement. Kitchen and living area were great and we had more than we needed in the kitchen for our stay.
